We developed a simple recipe that tastes great and can be drunk straight or mixed with your favourite alternative milk. About Our Matcha...

  • Natural Ingredients

    We're pretty proud that we've perfected a great-tasting bottled matcha without any of the nasty stuff! No artificial additives, flavours or colourings.

  • Ceremonial Grade Matcha

    Our matcha comes from the famous tea fields of Kagoshima, Japan. It's grown in virgin soil that is chemical and pesticide free. Our supplier is one of Japan's largest family owned and independently operated tea producers.

  • A Crash-Free Energy Drink

    Due to matcha containing L-Theanine the caffeine release is gentle and balanced with an added calming focus. You won't get the jitters or the mid-morning energy crash you're used to with an espresso!

OUR COMMITMENT TO TRANSPARENCY

On our pursuit of creating a product we love and use everyday, it was important to us to build a lifestyle brand that reflected our values too. Therefore, we want to be as transparent as possible with our ingredients, packaging and business in general. We believe that honesty goes a long way when building a community.

Our company and products are not perfect, and we are somewhat limited as a new business by finances and production scale, that would otherwise allow us choices of materials and ingredients which are even more eco-friendly and sustainable.

However, we promise that as we grow we will never stop investing in the reduction of Yaki Da's carbon footprint, increasing it's sustainability and the pursuit of being as eco-friendly as possible.
